Ask the Librarian

After receiving a bachelor's degree in psychology from Texas A&M University (Whoop!), Ms. Phelan moved to Boston, Massachusetts, where she ate cupcakes, read books under trees in the park, tried to stay warm by drinking hot chocolate, and earned her master's degree in library science from Simmons College.  When she was done, she moved back home to New Braunfels as fast as she could!  She is THRILLED to be the very first librarian at John Paul II Catholic High School!  When she's not librarian-ing, Ms. Phelan likes baking, reading, and playing with her cat.
